How to install Dolphin Emulator on a Chromebook


Today we are looking at how to install Dolphin Emulator on a Chromebook.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

a Person can also install Dolphin, the mobile version, via the play store:

Commands Used:
1) sudo apt update
2) sudo apt install flatpak
3) sudo flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
4) sudo flatpak install flathub org.DolphinEmu.dolphin-emu
5) sudo chown root:root /usr/bin/bwrap && sudo chmod u+s /usr/bin/bwrap

  1. When entering step 4 flatpak install.. i keep getting a Read-only file system error..any help?

    1. Got it! after a quick restart, noticing linux wasnt responding normally, i then retried step 4, than 5 and POOF it worked!
