On the 1st of November, Ubuntu released the first daily build ISO of Ubuntu 19.04 Daily Builds, also known as Disco Dingo, as well as the possibility to upgrade to it from an existing Ubuntu system.
Ps. It is good to just make a backup for in case!
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade -y && sudo apt autoremove -y
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
