Linux Weekly Roundup #6

Welcome to this week's Linux Weekly Roundup.  I wish you will all have a wonderful Christmas!

This has been an exciting week in the world of Linux with many distro releases and KDE Plasma pulled something out of the bag which I never saw coming.

The Linux distros with releases this week are MX Linux with MX Linux 18 RC1 and later the week the stable version of MX Linux 18; SparkyLinux 5.6; Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon, MATE, and XFCE stable edition; and Peppermint 9 Respin.
Bluestar Linux 4.19.11 and Elive Linx 3.0.3 has just been released as well, I will make videos and blog posts of these distros in the next few days so I will share links for these two next week.

The App hotspot of the week has to be KDE Plasma which released a snap package this week of the whole Desktop!  Just the thought of this blows my mind away!
