How to Install and edit photos in Shutter on Ubuntu 18.04

Today we look at how to install Shutter on Ubuntu 18.04 and enable the edit function.  This method will also work for Linux Mint 19 and 19.1 and other Ubuntu 18.04 based distros.  Enjoy!

Ps.  Since making this video, someone created a PPA that does everything for you and Shutter works perfectly.  So, I would recommend it.

Install via PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/shutter
sudo apt update
sudo apt install shutter
