Today we are looking at how to install Cinnamon 4.0 on Ubuntu 18.04. I wanted to make a video a long time ago, but the previous PPA's hasn't been updated yet to Cinnamon 4.0 but a new PPA has been created and it works pretty good, but the system settings does not want to open up at all but the missing package is nemo-python which is luckily easy to install. So with these instructions as shown in the video below, everything works! Enjoy!
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:trebelnik-stefina/cinnamon
sudo apt install cinnamon nemo-python
