Today we are looking at SparkyLinux 2019.12. It is the rolling edition of Sparky based on Debian 11 Testing and it comes with the LXQt desktop environment, 0.14.1 and Linux Kernel 5.3. It uses about 300mb of ram and is a perfect distro for people who want a system that looks good and wants to use as much of their system resources for their work and as little as possible for the operating system.
