How to install Shotcut Video Editor on Ubuntu 20.04

Today we are going to look at how to install Shotcut Video Editor on Ubuntu 20.04.  As seen in the video, a person runs the command in the command below in the terminal, and Shotcut Video Editor will be installed.  Enjoy!

sudo snap install shotcut --classic

  1. hi,i have install shotcut on my linux Ubuntu 20.04 Mate 1.24.0
    everything is fine except i couldn't import video files from network
    i have install samba on my linux and network computers are window based.
    i can open files from network server but couldn't import on shotcut time line .please help
