How to install Blender 3.0 on a Chromebook

Today we are looking at how to install Blender 3.0 on a Chromebook.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

Commands Used:
1) wget
2) tar -xf blender-3.0.0-linux-x64.tar.xz
3) ./blender-3.0.0-linux-x64/blender
4) sudo apt update
5) sudo apt install menulibre
6) menulibre

  1. 2 seems to just straight up stop the process for me

  2. when i paste the first code nothing happens but on the video it starts to make the rest of the code itself please i need help

    1. you should try to press enter when you paste the code so you run the command
