How to install Vita3K on a Chromebook


Today we are looking at how to install Vita3K on a Chromebook.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

Please take note that you have to install the firmware and fonts yourself. a Setup guide can be found here:

Commands Used:
1) sudo apt update
2) sudo apt install libsdl2-2.0-0 menulibre
3) wget https://github.com/Vita3K/Vita3K/releases/download/continuous/ubuntu-latest.zip
4) unzip ubuntu-latest.zip 
5) chmod 755 Vita3K
6) ./Vita3K --disable-framerate-limit
7) menulibre
