Today we are looking at how to install Steam for Windows on Ubuntu 18.04. Steam for Windows was created a while ago, I'm busy moving all my relevant videos of the past to this blog, by Martin Wimpress (the man behind Ubuntu MATE). It showed some of the potentials of Snaps, that a person can add install a Windows app with Wine in a single Snap install and that is what this Snap is, it is the Windows version of Steam running on Ubuntu with Wine as a Snap and for me, that is really powerful. snap install steamforwindows --edge
snap connect steamforwindows:joystick
