Today we are looking at how to install Abiword on Ubuntu 16.04. Abiword is a lightweight alternative for LibreOffice Word and it is my default text editor as I just need the basics. Enjoy!
As you can see in the video it is really simple, a person just goes to your software center and find it there and install it from there. If you can not find it in your software center, you can also open up a terminal and copy/paste the following line and press enter and follow the prompts. Enjoy
sudo apt install abiword
