Today we are looking at Lubuntu 19.10 Beta.  It comes with LXQt 0.14.1, Linux Kernel 5.3 and uses about 400MB of ram.  Lubuntu is forming and maturing nicely since their change to LXQt, and is beautiful and still great for older machines and any other system where you want nearly all your system resources for your computer.  Enjoy!
