How to enable double-click in the file manager in elementary OS 5.1 Hera

Today we are looking at how to enable a double-click (not a single-click) in elementary OS 5.1 in the file manager (all the rest of the system will be the same).  Enjoy!

Here is a quick run-through of the commands.  The first command will install a package to enable you to apps PPAs to your system (a PPA is a software repository).  In the next command, we will add the PPA and in the end, we install the package which enables us to add minimize and maximize buttons.  All three of the commands are needed.

Commands Used:
sudo apt install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:philip.scott/elementary-tweaks
sudo apt install elementary-tweaks
