How to install LibreOffice on elementary OS 5.1 Hera


Today we are looking at how to install LibreOffice on Elementary OS 5.1.  Here is a quick summary of what the commands below will do.

The first command will enable you to add PPAs (repositories) to your system.  In the next command, we add the LibreOffice PPA and lastly, we will install LibreOffice.  You will be installing the latest version of LibreOffice and your normal updates will upgrade your LibreOffice version to the latest.

Commands Used:
sudo apt install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa
sudo apt install libreoffice
