Today we are looking at how to install Blender 2.81 or the current version on a Chromebook! It can be a daunting task, or can even sound impossible but it is! We created a video for a visual guide as well as an audio guide. We hope that you will find it helpful. Please find the instructions below to install Blender, it is the same as those which we used in the video.
We used Flatpak to install Blender with as we get the latest version, where the version of Blender which is in the Linux repository on your Chromebook is older.
Instructions:

4) sudo apt install flatpak

7) sudo flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
