As mention in the tutorial we show firstly how to install Minecraft (from 0:25), then we show how to install Minecraft Forge (from 5:44), and lastly, we show where to store the Mods (from 8:57).
Please take note that with the release of Chrome OS 90, the location of Linux Apps has been changed in the Chromebook’s settings. Have a look at this tutorial, to see how to turn on Linux apps and then continue with the installation tutorial.

1) Install Minecraft:
1.1) sudo apt update
1.2) wget https://launcher.mojang.com/download/Minecraft.deb
1.3) sudo dpkg -i Minecraft.deb
1.4) sudo apt -f install
