How to install Runescape on a Chromebook

Today we are looking at how to install Runescape on a Chromebook.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

Runescape is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG),  it is a fantasy game with good and evil characters.  If you wonder if the game is for you, please search for reviews online and decide for yourself.

Please take note that with the release of Chrome OS 90,  the location of Linux Apps has been changed in the Chromebook’s settings.  Have a look at this tutorial, to see how to turn on Linux apps and then continue with the installation tutorial.

Commands Used:
1) wget -O '/tmp/runescape-gpg.key' ''
2) sudo apt-key add '/tmp/runescape-gpg.key'
3) echo 'deb trusty non-free' | sudo tee '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/runescape.list' > '/dev/null'
4) sudo apt update
5) sudo apt install runescape-launcher
