How to install Flashpoint on a Chromebook


Today we are looking at how to install Flashpoint on a Chromebook.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

Please take note that all the data which you want to use with this application must be in your Linux Files in your file manager.

Commands Used:
1) sudo echo deb https://deb.debian.org/debian buster main  | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list.d/discord_chrome_os_made_simple.list
2) sudo apt update
3) sudo apt install php
4) wget https://github.com/FlashpointProject/launcher/releases/download/10.1.1/Flashpoint-10.1.1_linux-amd64.deb
5) sudo dpkg -i Flashpoint-10.1.1_linux-amd64.deb
6) sudo apt -f install
7) sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/discord_chrome_os_made_simple.list
8) sudo apt update
