How to install Roblox PC version and Roblox Studio on a Chromebook


Today we are looking at how to install Roblox PC version and Roblox Studio on a Chromebook.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

Please take note that both applications can be very laggy depending on the hardware inside of your Chromebook, each Chromebook is different.

Commands Used:
1) sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
2) wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key && sudo apt-key add winehq.key
3) echo "deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ bookworm main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/wine_chrome_os_made_simple.list
4) sudo apt update
5) sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable git python3-pip pkg-config libcairo2-dev libdbus-1-dev gtk-update-icon-cache desktop-file-utils xdg-utils libgirepository1.0-dev gir1.2-gtk-3.0
6) git clone https://github.com/CheeseGodRoblox/RoJuicer
7) chmod 755 RoJuicer/installer.sh
8) ./RoJuicer/installer.sh
