How to install FL Studio 21 on a Chromebook

Today we are looking at how to install FL Studio 21 on a Chromebook with Wine, an application layer that allows us to install some Windows applications on Linux.  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

If you have any questions, please contact us via a YouTube comment and we would be happy to assist you!

You can also buy the Play Store version of FL Studio, it runs well on Chromebooks:

Commands Used:
1) sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
2) wget -nc && sudo apt-key add winehq.key
3) echo "deb bullseye main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/wine_chrome_os_made_simple.list
4) sudo apt update
5) sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable winbind
6) winecfg
7) wget
8) wine flstudio_win64_21.0.3.3517.exe
9) wine start .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Image-Line/FL\ Studio\ 21/FL64.exe
