How to install Among Us on a Chromebook with Crossover 20 - the Windows Version

Today we are looking at how to install Among US on a Chromebook with Crossover 20,  Please follow the video/audio guide as a tutorial where we explain the process step by step and use the commands below.

We created a tutorial in the past, but due to the release of Crossover 20, and Among Us works perfectly in it, we felt that we need to create a revised tutorial.

We mention in the video, that you can run Crossover for free if you do not want to/or can't afford the license fee.  It is a bit tricky but possible.  So to do this download the trial period of Crossover,  and install it, as seen in the video.  Use Crossover for the free trial period of two weeks.  After your two weeks are finished,  remove your Linux Apps in your system settings (you will lose all your Linux Apps and Linux Folder, in your file manager) and then turn it on again and setup Crossover and Among Us again.  We know it is not convenient, but it works!

If you have any questions, please contact us via a YouTube comment and we would be happy to assist you!

This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

  2. Your school WiFi probably blocks game servers, and rightfully so. You shouldn't be playing games in school.
